Antonio Anguiano is Head of Product at Didomi, where he leads the development and evolution of the platform’s product. His latest project is the release of the Consent Management Platform (CMP) on Connected TV, allowing publishers to collect and store user consent on Android and Apple TV. As a digital product strategist with strong drive for results, and a keen interest in team leadership, Antonio has over 15 years of experience in travel (Meliá Hotels International, Fastbooking) and marketing technology (Adikteev, Foxintelligence).
Ben Antier is the Publica Co-Founder & CEO. Publica has designed award winning CTV technology solutions for some of the biggest global streaming publishers in the market. Publica have built & scaled a CTV ad server & market leading header bidding tools for smart tv manufactures and OTT Apps. Prior to co-founding Publica, Ben was in charge of Advertising Products at Dailymotion
As Senior Director of International DSP Client Partnerships for Yahoo, Alice works with clients across EMEA, APAC & LATAM to help them position and drive their programmatic strategies by harnessing Yahoo’s unified stack and proprietary assets. Working with both product & commercial teams Alice is focused on driving both managed and self-serve adoption and positioning emerging channels, including both DOOH and CTV. Alice has 18-years experience on the buy-side in the digital sector working in senior roles at companies such as AOL, Millennial Media and Burst Media.
As well as focusing on the digital media space Alice also leads the Employee Resource Group for NeuroDiversity in the London office, helping to spread awareness both internally and externally on the barriers to entry and the challenges that people with a NeuroDiverse brain have as well as spearheading initiatives around managing mental health.
As Co-founder and Managing Director of Nowtilus, Leander Carell oversees Product & Marketing of the company’s Server-Side Ad-Insertion Platform SERVERSIDE.AI. With offices in Berlin and Halle/Saale and an international Partner-Network Leander drives the business development and solution integration with Service Operators, Streaming Platforms and Broadcasters.
Leander has been an entrepreneur and established player in the media industry for 18 years. With his former movie production company, he was an OSCAR Nominee for the Best Foreign Feature “IN DARKNESS” in 2012. He sold Nowtilus to Rovi Corp. in 2011 and managed a buy-out in 2014, driving the company to the next level of streaming monetization and personalization. Leander holds a degree as media merchant and postgraduate of EAVE for International Film Production and Marketing.
Dr. Oliver Friedrich is heading the Video and Advanced TV Publisher Partnerships business at Google for the DACH region.
Partners are large broadcasters, sales houses, distributors as well as AVOD providers.
Within this role his strategic objectives are focused on the enablement of Advanced TV based on Google’s sell-side advertising products as Google Ad Manager.
Prior to joining Google, Oliver’s work experience includes serving in Deutsche Telekom’s Innovation Laboratories and Fraunhofer FOKUS.
Oliver holds a PhD (Dr.-Ing.) in Computer Engineering from Technical University of Berlin and an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe.
With more than a decade of experience in the ad tech industry, Rob Hazan leads omnichannel product strategy, development, and delivery at Index Exchange.
Prior to joining Index, Rob held roles across the buy and sell sides of the programmatic ecosystem at Google and AppNexus (now Xandr). While at Google, Rob served as a Product Manager, responsible for publisher tagging, ads latency, and ensuring compliance with data regulation (e.g. GDPR and CCPA).
Earlier in his career, Rob worked as a software engineer and business analyst at Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund. He holds a degree in Computer Science and Finance from Princeton University. Today, he lives in the Boston area with his wife, two kids, and their dog.
With 7 years of ad tech industry experience Tina is the Director for Product Marketing at IAB Tech Lab. Her role is focused on driving awareness and adoption of industry standards and best practices across the global ad tech industry; with a goal for protecting the sustainability of an ad-funded internet.
Sarah Lewis joined the ShowHeroes Group as the new Global Director CTV in August 2021, where she is managing all processes relating to Connected TV across all markets. After several key positions at BBC Worldwide, AOL and Fairfax Digital, she previously held senior positions at SpotX, the globally operating SSP that is known for its pioneering work in CTV and was recently acquired by Magnite. As Senior Director and Head of Agency EMEA, she was an integral part of SpotX’s CTV marketing and sales leadership team in Europe. Sarah Lewis maintains an excellent network across all relevant European media hubs and markets, as well as a deep-rooted understanding of the CTV space from both the demand and the supply side.
For nearly 12 years, Curtis Light has built software throughout Google’s advertising platforms, including Display & Video 360, AdSense, and YouTube Ads. With a strong interest in combating ad fraud, he actively contributed to designing and authoring the app-ads.txt standard, along with contributions to IAB Tech Lab security working groups. Within Google, he works on various anti-abuse initiatives.
Sam Mansour is Principal Product Manager at Oracle Advertising and CX, for the Moat Analytics business.
Moat provides an ad verification platform for brands, agencies, publishers, and technology platforms to measure and optimize their digital advertising. With a history of developing cutting edge ad products for both the advertiser and publisher sides of the ecosystem, Sam is well versed in the tools and technologies of the trade. He applies decades of experience to his focus on General and Sophisticated Invalid Traffic (IVT) detection at Moat.
Sam holds a BFA in Theatre from West Virginia University. Pragmatic Institute certifications for Foundations and PMC Level 1. Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master.

Adam Noble is a Connected Television (CTV) business leader with 13 years of experience in media and ad tech. At Index Exchange, he is responsible for guiding CTV business and product strategies for one of the world’s largest independent ad exchanges. Prior to joining Index, Noble was Head of Ad Products at Hearst Television, where he created and managed Hearst Anyscreen, a CTV advertising solution that became the fastest-growing ad product in company history. He previously served as Vice President of Brand and Product Marketing for the video advertising software firm, Mixpo, and was founder and CEO of a venture-backed social media company. A business school graduate of Salve Regina University, Noble resides in the Boston area with his wife and three children.
Dr. Gijsbert Pols is the Lead Product Strategist at Adjust. Gijsbert is a digital native and product research expert. At Adjust, he is responsible for the strategic outlook of product development and has built up the company’s connected TV measurement offering.
Jason Jed Raqueno is a Senior Director, Privacy & Data Protection, at IAB Tech Lab.
He oversees emerging privacy technologies and working groups, such as the Global Privacy Platform, where he works side-by-side with ad tech partners & members to advance privacy in the digital ad ecosystem.
Jason has 10+ years of experience in data privacy, specializing in agile & innovative digital tech. Prior to joining IAB Tech Lab, Jason led Digital & Ad Media Privacy for one of Canada’s largest retailers.
Throughout his career, he’s built “agile privacy” into digital e-commerce products including mobile apps & websites, seller marketplaces and customer identity access management across digital retail, grocery, health care, banking, and customer loyalty. He also led data privacy for personalized ads, where he was responsible for ensuring privacy in audience targeting & ad serving platforms, digital ad campaigns, and customized data projects with ad partners.
Jason has a Master’s Degree in Public Policy, specializing in profiling and ethics. He has an Honors BA Degree in Law & Society and an Honors Diploma in Security Administration. He’s also completed privacy certifications – CIPM and CIPP/C.
As a whole, Jason brings valuable strategic insight into connecting the dots across privacy, digital and data for the ad ecosystem. With his extensive privacy expertise and leadership, he’ll be vital in driving privacy forward for the digital advertising industry.
A digital ad products leader focused on video advertising, John Ross has led the roll-out and strategy of DV’s CTV products. John has over a decade of digital advertising experience, including establishing Viacom’s CTV and mobile advertising capabilities and leading buy-side product operations at Xandr. John began his career at Deloitte Consulting, where he assisted clients in the adoption of emerging technologies.
Paul Ryan is the chief technology officer at OpenX where he oversees the company’s technology and product development. He leads a global team of more than 150 engineers, data scientists and product managers tasked with fostering the development of new, innovative programmatic technology.
Prior to OpenX, Paul held CTO roles at Yellow Pages Group, Leads360, and Overture. During his time at Overture, Paul was principally responsible for engineering the world’s first high-scale auction-based market for the web, an innovation that established the foundation of today’s $45 billion programmatic marketplace.
Paul holds a BSE, EECS from Princeton University, an MS in Computer Science from John Hopkins University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ethan Sailers serves as a Solution Engineering Manager at OneTrustTM— part of the #1 most widely used privacy, security and marketing user experience technology platform. In his role, Sailers advises companies large and small on best practices to drive engaging user experiences and build trust while demonstrating compliance across 100s of global data privacy regulations, including the CCPA, TCPA, CASL and GDPR. Sailers is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (FIP, CIPP/E, CIPM) and earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Dr. Jochen Schlosser is Adform’s Chief Technology Officer.
In this role, he is responsible for the company’s strategic vision and the resulting product + technology direction. For more than ten years, Jochen has been a driving force for data-driven businesses and innovations across various industries such as Pharma, Finance, and Marketing.
Before joining Adform, Jochen was a Member of the Executive Board at uniquedigital (SYZYGY Group). He holds a graduate degree in computer science, with a minor in psychology, from RWTH Aachen and a scientific doctoral degree from University of Hamburg.
Shailley brings several years of product management experience in Digital advertising at Yahoo and Say Media building products for Mobile advertising, Ad Operations, Targeting solutions and integrating data platforms. Shailley has supported and worked with multiple IAB initiatives in the past namely MRAID and Mobile Rising Stars specifications.
At Yahoo, he worked on creating innovative ad experiences for mobile and tablet platforms as well as native formats. Shailley has a diverse background as a product leader, consultant and entrepreneur building and sustaining high performing teams at both large organizations as well as venture funded startups like Paypal, Yahoo, Say Media, Serus, Accenture, PwC. By way of qualifications, Shailley has an MBA and Chemical engineering degree.
Joe is currently Senior Detection Engineer at HUMAN (formally White Ops). He is part of the
detection team, which is responsible for the accuracy of HUMAN’s fraud detection products. Before
joining HUMAN, Joe was fighting the good fight at Google as a Software Engineer on the Google
Ads Traffic Quality Team, defending Google’s Display and Programmatic advertising products from
fraud and abuse. Joe holds a Master of Science degree (distinction) in Informatics and a Bachelor
of Science degree (1st class) in Physics from the University of Manchester.
As MD CTV, EMEA at Magnite, Ed oversees the commercial strategy, planning, product requirements and business development of Magnite’s connected TV (CTV) business across the EMEA region. He works closely with regional leaders, teams and partners in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK to deliver the best independent technology solutions, service, expertise, and outcomes for Magnite’s CTV customers.
Ed has over 10 years of experience working across the digital advertising industry, specialising in connected TV (CTV), programmatic, and digital media sales. Prior to Magnite, Ed held senior roles at SpotX, Videology and BrightRoll. His extensive career and in-depth technical ability has allowed Ed to deliver new strategies within the constantly advancing TV ecosystem and produce unprecedented results for clients throughout EMEA.
Ed, who is based in London, holds a BA in Spanish from the University of Bristol.
Jill Wittkopp is the Vice President, Product at the IAB Tech Lab, a global consortium for technical standards in the digital advertising industry. Prior to joining the IAB Tech Lab, Jill worked on the buy side of programmatic advertising with companies like MyBuys, Magnetic and Rakuten. She has a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan, Dearborn and lives in San Francisco, California.
